I Pray…

My heart feels heavy today but I remain hopeful 

I pray that we find the gift in this present moment.

I pray that we all do our part and be mindful of our daily actions, thoughts, behaviors and movements.

I pray the you see what is working in your life now and have plans to keep it working.

I pray that you begin to see what’s not working in your life now and begin to make the appropriate steps to make that change so it begins to work.

I pray that we all can slow down in life and appreciate the little things and fill out heart with gratitude.

I pray once this is over we keep the place of peace and gratitude we’ve found within ourselves and in our lives in this global retreat.

I pray that once this is over we may collectively work together in joy and appreciation towards a common goal for the greater good of all humanity.

I pray once this is over that we may continue to help our neighbors and each other.

I pray once this is over that we remember this time and do our part to never repeat this again.

I pray that we’ll continue to rise up and heal from this on all levels.

I pray that we’ll continue to be kinder to Mother Nature, respect the water sources and keep them clean, and love and respect all animals more.

I pray that we will forever be changed in a good way and our hearts remain true and pure.
