MEDITATION IS THE KEY TO YOUR PEACE…
I’ve been receiving your requests to meditate together and am finally setting up a time and date to do so with you. I hear you, I see you, let’s reconnect for some mystical, magical, and calming energy.
We are in unprecedented times and many of us are seeking more peace, more harmony, more understanding and a deeper knowing of how to be a better us. This class will help!!
Join me for one night of pure bliss and connection to your soul, to realign your energy, and ground your center back to your body so you may continue to be a better you.
We’ll have a brief discussion to get us centered with a good intention for the evening. The first meditation will be a short breathing and calming meditation to help bring us back to our bodies after a busy and hectic day.
After our first meditation we will have a light discussion and bring a deeper awareness to our body. Then we will begin a guided meditation to take us a little deeper into our inner wisdom and guidance to bring about
