Policies and Guidelines
Refund & Reschedule Policy: Cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will not be refunded unless the space can be filled, which is clearly stated in the email you receive upon scheduling your appointment.
Stacy is booked over 3 weeks in advance so please be mindful of your appointment time.
If you’re in your car please be sure you are parked and ready to go. If you’re driving pull over and park your car PRIOR to the appointment time for Stacy will not do the reading for everyone’s safety involved and you will lose your time slot. Please be mindful of this!
Each appointment is a per person fee. No splitting or sharing appointments.
All gift certificates, classes and previously paid appointments expire within 6 months from the date of purchase.
All class deposits are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor.
For group readings or barn visits please contact Stacy directly.
